OIS ( Open Invoice System) was established to give our customers the ability to see their statements online, in real-time, and even look at invoice images. The screens are easy to read and easy to understand. Here at YES, we thought of this electronic invoicing system as an opportunity to reduce the cost of doing business with us. Through an automated E-mail system, we have integrated a tool to notify you of new invoices on your account and past dues invoices on your account. This allows you to experience a worry-free invoicing process so you don't need to log in everyday, let us do the work for you.




Clicking on a specific invoice number will give you the invoice in an image format. This will allow you to print the invoice at your convenience for further review. 		The Open Invoice System will show you all of your open invoices in real-time. All invoices are shown in an Aged format from the oldest to the newest.
If service was charged on a particular invoice, the technicians workorder can be viewed and printed by clicking on the workorder number.

Have more than one invoice you want printed? Don't waste your time by printing each invoice one-by-one. OIS allows you to print multiple invoices at one time. This feature gives you the opportunity to view a number of invoices off-line at one time.


 


If there is ever a question or issue on a specific invoice or invoices, you may send a message to YES. This message is attached to the file in question and sent to our accounting department for review.
